Description Brian White 2018-07-25 20:28:44 CEST
The NSIS installer for the 64-bit version of the program creates entries under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Unbound rather than HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Unbound. (The entries created for running as a Windows service are correct.) This is likely because the installer is a 32-bit program and "SetRegView 64" is missing so the installer reverts to its default.

Hi Brian,

Thank you for the report and details that are needed to fix it. I have changed the installed and added SetRegView 64 at the start. For the -w32 binary files, it'll use SetRegView 32.

Best regards, Wouter
