unbound.conf(5) says "     harden-below-nxdomain: <yes or no>
              From draft-vixie-dnsext-resimprove, returns nxdomain  to  queries  for  a
              name  below  another  name  that is already known to be nxdomain. " But it is now no longer a draft but a Standards Track RFC, RFC 8020

Thank you for the report, I've fixed the attribution to include the RFC number and title (which makes very clear what is happening).  And congrats on the RFC!
